Frequently Asked Questions
For all paid courses you will be required to purchase the associated membership. For example to enroll and access The Finance Engine Project course, you will need to purchase The Finance Engine Project Membership. To purchase the membership associated with your course, simply select the ‘Enroll Me’ button of the course you are interested in and it will take you to the right membership to access your chosen course.
To enroll in the course you are interested in, follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to the ‘Course’ page via the primary menu;
- Select the course you are interested in;
- Select the ‘Enroll Me’ button and it will take you to the relevant membership checkout page;
- Complete your checkout details including a User ID, Password and payment details, then select ‘Submit’;
- An email confirming your membership purchase will be sent to you;
- To access your course, log-in via the ‘Log-In’ page.
You can find the member’s log-in from the Home screen, or select the Log-in item from the primary menu. This will take you to your account page and provide details on the courses you are enrolled in.
You can access the course/s you are enrolled in by following the following steps:
- Log into your account using the user ID and password you defined when you enrolled;
- Select the ‘Courses’ option from the primary menu. This will take you to the courses page and outline which courses you are or are not enrolled in. Take note of the green flag on the righthand side of the course tile;
- Click on the course/s you are enrolled in;
- Your progress and course lessons will be displayed.
You can log out of your account by selecting the Login item of the primary/header menu. This will take you to the Login page. When you are already logged in, you can select Log Out located beneath your login ID.
A tip in regards to your User ID.
When you enroll in your first course create a User ID which is generic and easy to remember rather than use an email address. This not only provides an additional level of security, you will still have access to your account when you change email addresses.
You will be required when you first Log-In to set up a 2MFA. This will provide an additional level of security to access your account.
